Tim Kringle, one of the founding partners and current corporate chef, Justin McDonald, Brandon McDonald and Charles Taucer, IV, are partners in the operation. They take care to see that everyone’s opinion is valued, and creativity and individuality are encouraged both in the kitchen and at the table.
“The staff enjoys their surroundings and are happy to be here. We work hard to keep it that way,” said General Manager Shane Smith. “Mansurs takes pride in its friendly wait staff,” Bar Manager Amy Mallory reiterated. Chefs, managers and partners worked their way up through the ranks, and many dedicated employees have been with the restaurant from the beginning 20 years ago. Managers Cathy Cutrer and Scott LaFleur along with Dee Satterlee, David Kent, and the Bounnavong family are long-time employees with years of experience, as is O.D. Sinamontry, who still prepares Mansurs’ famous Eggplant Camellia.
